A post was sent yesterday with subject line

Dr. Anil Sadgopal's Article on RTE published in the Frontline

But the publication did not have a very important part of the Article referred to as the BOX in p.4 and 6 in the link nor in the pdf file. (It was in a different location.) So readers must have found difficulty in locating the BOX. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Now necessary changes have been made and the link for the BOX has been provided in both the pages 4 & 6. The Article has become more meaningful now. I request you to please read the Article in the attached file again and click on the URL for the 'BOX' whereever provided and continue with the discussion on this important aspect of RTE.
